The hotel staff was very helpful. The room was cleaner than other reviews seemed to indicate. The free shuttle was a nice bonus.

You get what you pay for. This was the cheapest room I could find in Doha. I was just on a long layover and didn't want to sleep in the airport. This was definitely better than an uncomfortable night in the terminal. However, the building is dated and the location is near nothing of interest.

Not much. It was acceptable but no other facilities were avilable, i.e. swimming, Health Club but it was in a very busy location and will not recommend familieis to stay there. Wakrah is the best location for both singles and families.

Good, centrally located for shopping and recreation.........Souk Waqif, an heritage center is just about 5 minutes walk from this hotel.

The carpets need extensive cleaning and the construction work opposite the hotel (continues all night/round the clock) is too noisy for the front facing rooms prevents one from having a decent nights sleep/rest! No car park facilities as mentioned on your website. Also the WiFi reception is too poor in the rooms, except at the lobby.

There was nothing for me to like this hotel.

It was a worst experience to stay in this hotel. It was completely deviating from the facility mentioned on the Booked.net. Room was not clean. Hotel Management was totally unpolite, unfriendly and uncoopeartive. House Keeping was very poor. There were no proper Laundary service, you have to give the Laundary on reception yourself. They donot chnage the towel daily in rooms. There was no sufficient internet in the room, Internet was properly working in the lobby only.

Staff were poor and unhelpful. I asked for tourist information and they looked as though I had asked them to solve world peace.

This hotel is absolutely horrific. It's dirty, old, run down and near falling apart. It reminded me of a brothel. The staff we're unfriendly and unhelpful, and never once in our three day stay did anyone come near our room to change our towels or clean the room. I had to call down to reception to ask for toilet paper! The wifi is completely unreliable, and the quality of the food in the restaurant is mediocre. Do yourself a favour and shell out an extra couple of bucks and stay somewhere else. Stay away from this place!!

Wondering how this hotel is a3 stars hotel !!! and wondering how Booked.net accept to this kind of quality hotel to be promoted on its site!!! I swear I wont pay 30 qr to stay in it. But I booked already for one night and ill never repeat it

The staff are friendly and the service is excellentalso it is in the middle of city near from souq waqif ,the rooms are clean ,the furinture is good and the food is tasty espicaly the indian food also the staff have experience in the city so no need map , the room price is fair. The driver is on time for pick up me and drop me from the airport

They were nice enough to let us change 3 rooms until we settled down.

No FlatScreen TV as mentioned in the website. Bed's were rock solid until i moved to the 3rd room.

Location

Its miracle if you could sleeping.. Because the noise due to constructions front of the hotel! The parking is used to be full! They didn't allow us to have the breakfast although it's included!

The staff and their services, the people are really friendly and helpful.
